What happens after I Place An Order?
Pet Lovers have 4 options to choose from when ordering an Interactive Digital Pet Tag.
1) #1 Premium "PHYSICAL" QR-Codes For Pets (WITH Video) shipped via USPS.
2) #2 Premium "PHYSICAL" QR-Codes For Pets (NO Qr-Code) Blank-Backing shipped via USPS.
3) #3 Standard "DIGITAL" QR-Codes For Pets (With Video) sent via email.
4) #4 Standard "DIGITAL" QR-Codes For Pets (No Video) sent via email.
If a Physical Digital Pet Tag was ordered, standard USPS Shipping-Time applies. Please allow up to 72hrs for processing.
Each Order will require a $12.99 Monthly Subscription to remain active, billed 30 days after purchase date and every 30 days thereafter /or/ billed Annually.
Shipping
All Shipping of Products will be Shipped via USPS (standard shipping time) or UPS (if applicable).

Returns & Refunds
Any & All requested refunds or returns must be initiated within 5 days of receipt of the product not to exceed 7 days from the shipping date.

Any & All refunds require shipping the product back at your own expense prior to receiving a refund.
Upon QRCODESFORPETS receiving the returned product a refund will be issued in the form of a Check or Money Order mailed to the shipping address on file via USPS-Certified Mail. (standard USPS mailing time applies).
Any & All returns require a $5.00 processing fee to be deducted from the overall refund price.
Gifted QR-CodesForPets
Were you gifted a QR-CodesForPets? Simply activate your QR-CodesForPets by visiting our Activate-Your-QR-CODE Page and complete our brief 2-Step activation process wich includes: STEP 1) Submitting your pet's life saving information via our Questionnaire; & STEP 2) Completing your One-Time-Only $9.99 Activation Fee. Then, within 72hrs your QR-CodesForPets will be activated and you'll reveive your Digital Copy via email.
Also, because you received it as a "Gift", we will gladly "Wave The Product Price".
But it doesn't end there! You have the option of Upgrading your (#4 Digital Pet-Tag) Gift to a **(#1 Premium Physical Pet-Tag) by simply "Requesting an Upgrade" after you complete your first Monthly $12.99 Subscription to remain active, at which time, we will gladly "Wave The Product Price" of your #1 Premium Physical Pet-Tag & Shipping Cost as-well!
Back Orders
Like many popular products, at times back orders become necessary. But no worries! If you're interested in a product and it's currently listed as "Sold Out", you can still place your order and it will be processed as normal. Only, it may take a little longer than usual to receive your shipment on back order. We will notify you via email if we are expecting longer than usual shipping times, but rest assured, you will receive your order!
