Then use your Activation Code and/or your Receipt # in Step 2, by clicking on the Google Email Icon below to answer and submit the Required Questions. Be sure to upload your IMAGE & VIDEO FOOTAGE you want included in your Digital Pet Tag when prompted. Your Product-Price will be waived & your Pet-Tag will be processed and ACTIVATED within 72 hours!

Submit your Pet's Information for their Qr-Code by clicking the Questionnaire image below. You will need your Receipt #.
Initial Activation fee of $9.99 required to waive product price.
After ACTIVATION, each order will require a $12.99 Monthly Subscription to remain active, begining approximately 30 days after ACTIVATION date and every 30 days thereafter /or/ billed Annually.
